As God Sees It
The sermon this week was a joint effort between Pastor Ken and his wife, Brenda. She helped him write it and he delivered a powerful message that was received by a caring congregation. Many angels were present.
Read how their faith shapes and sustains us all.
Healing Power: "It is in this spirit that the role of human touch is emphasized; the daring touch of a desperate woman and the compassionate clasp of the hand of the Son of Man with the lifeless hand of a child."
Excerpt from Pastor Ken's sermon, Sunday, June 28.

Our Faith In Action Honorees, 2009

Congratulations
Barbara Dinse
Barbara’s quiet dedication, easy smile, and deft skill model commitment to Christ and community. Our congregation’s health and effectiveness is tied directly to members who see their activity in the church as ministry. Barbara Dinse certainly does.

Congratulations
Bion & Marilyn McClellan
Marilyn and Mac have faithfully taken on very large tasks for the First Baptist Church of Rochester. The church has prospered in health and mission due to their efforts within the community, our congregation and our facilities.

Read more about Barbara, Mac & Marilyn and how their 'Faith In Action' blesses us all.
