Adult Forum provides education and discussion time on a wide variety of topics that range from who we are as American Baptists, specific instruction on areas or topics of the bible, and ministry or mission focused topics of interest to our congregation. We also deal with social, religious and political issues that we must face in our daily lives. Adult Forum meets in the Chapel after coffee hour at 11:30 a.m. and ends no later than 12:30 p.m.
We offer several bible study options at First Baptist Church. Each Wednesday evening we have a bible or book study option from which to choose. Sunday morning our bible study takes the time to further participants knowledge in different books of the bible or specific bible scriptures. We also hold periodic pastor led studies during special times throughout the year and occasionally provide cottage (home based) study options. Members are encouraged to gather together with a few friends and begin a bible study/discussion group.
