Special Events

We love to get together to have fun and fellowship. Many special events are planned throughout the year to allow for this time of gathering. Each year we plan to attend a Red Wings baseball game as a congregation and generally invite members of the Brighton Fire Department, of which our pastor is Chaplain, to join us. We have a Church Picnic in June to end our program year and an ice cream social in August. Rally Sunday in the Fall is our kick-off for the new program year. Our biggest event each year is our Christmas Pageant and Dinner. The children and youth perform a musical Christmas program to bring the message of the season to the congregation, then we gather in our fellowship hall for a wonderful dinner, caroling, and a special surprise guest for the children. We also sponsor many community interest seminars and concerts. These are just a few of the special events that bring our family of faith together.
