Brighton Food Depot

SEEKING CANNED AND BOXED GOODS
OR CASH DONATIONS

CANNED OR BOXED GOODS:
When you are at the store completing you weekly shopping, please con-sider purchasing a few extra canned or boxed goods for the Souper Bowl of Caring Food Drive to support the Brighton Food Depot spon-sored by our youth. Each month the Brighton Food Depot packs 100 bags with approximately 10 bags each for children in need and their families at Rochester City School #4. Items that are packed include:

• Peanut Butter
• Jelly
• Pasta
• Tomato or Spaghetti Sauce
• Cereal
• Fruit
• Vegetables
• Noodle or Rice Side Dish
• Boxed Macaroni and Cheese
• Tuna

CASH DONATIONS:
If you would prefer, you may also give cash donations by placing your gift made out to First Baptist Church with Souper Bowl in the memo line and drop it off in one of the various containers in the Narthex, Gar-den Room, or Church Office and the Youth will do the shopping for you. We hope to collect enough items to cover 1 month's worth of Backpack Bags. That is $1,000 items. So please help us meet our goal and give generously. All funds go directly to BFD! Only the amounts collected are recorded through the national Souper Bowl of Caring Drive to fight hunger in our world through local efforts. Visit www.souperbowl.org for more information.
